Matlab reverse y axis

Many thanks for your reply. I have already tried set(gca,'Ydir','reverse') before posting this question here. But unfortunately, I am not able to get my desired result. Moreover, when I am using X=-x to flip the x axis, the axis values become negative and I am unable to change them to positive x-axis values.
